sautéed spinach, roasted red pepper cream sauce

Linguini tossed with parma di prosciutto,
peas, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, parmesan cream sauce

Grilled twin pork chops
served with mashed sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach, grilled peach relish

served with a potato and leek hashbrown,
smoked tomato and corn relish, watercress jus

Grilled hanger steak
served with rosemary and olive oil artisan bread,
green bean and artichoke salad
