Twin pieces of duck confit roulade, paired with seared goose liver
(fois gras) with lingonberry and bitter greens

Moules & Frites
a half order (approx 1.75 lbs.) of our famous mussels in broth, your choice of preparation
with our signature house pommes frites and aioli.

Course Two


Wood Grilled Organic Scottish Salmon
5 oz. wood grilled organic scottish salmon filet with baby broccolini,
garlic mashed potatoes and pickled red pepper gastrique

Pan Seared Tilapia Filet
5 oz. herb crusted pan seared Mozambique tilapia over toasted farro salad
with tomato-anchovy puree and local micro basil

Steak Frites
Our famous hand butchered marinated wood grilled hangar steak paired with house frites
and aioli over watercress, shaved red onion and lemon vinaigrette salad

Leg of Duck Confit
Long Island duck leg confit paired with french green lentils,
bacon lardons, bitter greens, lingonberry and fleur de sel
