Fresh New Zealand mussels prepared in a spiced white wine broth

Chicken Francaise
Chicken breast prepared in a light egg batter, pan-seared &
served in a lemon, butter & white wine sauce

Baked Haddock
Fresh local haddock topped with panko bread crumbs
& baked with white wine, lemon & olive oil

Sweet Penne & Chicken
Sliced grilled chicken, applewood smoked bacon & Brussels sprouts
sautéed in a honey wine reduction, served over a bed of penne

Avocado Tempura
Honolulu tuna prepared in a light tempura batter seared to a medium-rare
& served with a lime jasmine rice & sautéed vegetables
