Mixed greens with avocado, fresh tomatoes, fresco cheese and balsamic dressing

Rich Guajillo- broth soup, served with corn tortilla chips and avocado

Enchiladas
Three soft tortillas filled with choice of chicken, steak, or vegetables.
Topped with Monterrey cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Choice of red, green, or mole sauce.

Chile Relleno
Larger roasted poblano pepper, stuffed with fresco cheese, topped with mild tomato sauce

Cochinita Pibil
Yucatan-style steam roast pull pork slowly, cooked in plantain leaves;
served in a rich Achiote sauce, (annoatto seeds) with Pico de Gallo and red onions

Tampiquena
A grilled New York sirloin steak and a cheese mole enchilada,
served with guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Pinto beans

Pescado Al Tomatillo
Broiled tilapia fillet; served in a roasted garlic,
white wine and tomatillo sauce with rice and beans

Burrito Dinner
